"Founded in
1963, Bharat Jyotee Mechanicals started its machine tools
division in 1965, with the development of crankshaft grinding
machine for the Ist time in India. within a short span the unit
became renowned for its quality and started exporting machines
in 1973. since then the company has already exported more than
350 machines allover the world, viz. Australia, New Zealand,
Africa (Including-south-Africa) south-east Asia and middle east
countries, south America .it was due to the quality only that
HMT (i), Bang lore, A govt. of India undertaking took up the
unit as an associate for export of crankshaft grinding machines.
the unit is having its own casting shop (foundry) well equipped
to produce graded castings. Bharat Jyotee Mechanicals
manufactures complete range of machines necessary for engine
rebuilding i. e. crankshaft grinding machine, portable cylinder
reboring, twin head connecting rod boring, line boring, valve
refacer, surface grinder vertical fine boring and honing machine
etc. the unit has already been awarded iso 9001: 2000 for its
quality products by aqsr (American quality service) in 2003."
